If you are a Project Management major, many of the other tabs on this guide, such as "Find Books" and "Find Articles" will be useful as you search for topics in your areas of study, such as "leadership" or "teams".

If you are looking for information specifically about project management use the "Find Books" and "Find Articles" tabs of this guide and search that term.  The library has an extensive collection of books (call number 658.404) and ebooks on this topic.  The databases in the Find Articles tab also contain lots of articles.

The  Project Management Institute, see box at left, provides standards and certification exams in the field of project management.

Some key acronyms (explore the PMI website for more):

PMBOK stands for the Project Management Body of Knowledge, a standard PMI calls "the preeminent global standard for project management."

PMP exam stands for the Project Management Professional exam.

CAPM exam stands for the Certified Associate in Project Management exam.

Searching for the above acronyms or terms in the Library catalog will find lots of books and eBooks that can help you with these topics.
