At the end of the semester, due to space constraints, the Library is open only to current Wentworth students, faculty, staff, and alumni. A current Wentworth ID is required to enter the Library at any time during this period.
In the Spring of 2021, the Library will be open to Wentworth students, faculty, and staff by card access only, when in-person learning resumes (currently scheduled for February 1st). If you are a Wentworth alumna/us or from outside the Wentworth community and require special research assistance during this period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org; if you require access to our physical collection and/or believe an exception should be made in your case, please make a Request for Access and we will be in touch with you.
Severe Weather Closings
When Wentworth is open despite inclement weather, the Library will be open.
When Wentworth has a delayed opening due to inclement weather, the Library will open at the same time as the Institute.
When Wentworth is closed due to inclement weather, the Library will make every effort to be open for some period during the day, based on the timing of the storm and the safety of our workers. Please check Twitter (@WITLibrary) and our Library home page for specifics during each weather event.
Information on severe weather closings at WIT will be published through: Wentworth's homepage; television stations 4, 5, and 7; AM radio stations WRKO (680) and WBZ (1030); social media; and text messages through WIT's Rave Alert System.
