Election 2024

The Attorney General is responsible for the ballot initiatives.  These are what we think of as ballot questions.  Closer to the November 5, 2024 date, the Secretary of State will publish a guide explaining what a yes and no vote on each initiative means.  This non-biased guide is extremely helpful.  If you do not vote in Massachusetts, be sure to check the Attorney General and Secretary of State resources for your state.
