Mezzanine Schedule Posted

The Mezzanine Schedule for Spring 2020 is now posted. You can find a copy on the Circulation Desk, on the Mezzanine Service Desk itself, and posted in the back office next to the big paper schedule. Please keep the following in mind when working on the Mezzanine:

  • Please check in with us first. Sometimes we are short staffed and may need you to stay downstairs to work at the main Circulation Desk.
  • Please clock-in and clock-out using one of the two computers at the main Circulation Desk.
  • You will need to sit by desktop computer upstairs. DTS student workers should sit at the spot further away from the computer.
  • Use the Mezzanine login credentials for Voyager. You can find the login credentials on a sticky note attached to the schedule upstairs.
  • Patrons can return items upstairs. If patrons have returned any peripherals (chargers, etc.), please set them on the counter behind the desk and bring them down to put away at the end of your shift.

If you have not worked upstairs before, please come see either me, Beth, or Ashley, and we will get you situated. Please let me know if anyone has any questions or concerns.
