Morning Library Assistant
Abby Rose (she/her) is a current graduate student at Simmons University, earning an M.S. in Library Science and an M.A. in History. She received her Bachelor's degrees in Vocal Performance and Cultural Anthropology from Augustana College in 2019. Her professional interests include reference and instruction, reader's advisory, decolonization studies, the history of book publishing, public libraries and archives, as well as humanities education. In her off time, Abby loves to read, roller skate, arrange flowers, and spend time outdoors. Abby Rose is decidedly a morning person and is here every weekday by 7:00 am to open up the library for her fellow early birds!
