BRENDA Enzymes Database
The main collection of enzyme functional data available to the scientific community.
KEGG ENZYME Database
Combines genetic sequence and nomenclatural information in one database.
Enzyme Structures Database (EC-PDB)
Contains the known chemical structures of more than 72, 000 enzymes.
M-CSA
A database of enzyme reaction mechanisms. It provides annotation on the protein, catalytic residues, cofactors, and the reaction mechanisms of hundreds of enzymes.
MEROPS: The Peptidase Database
An information resource for peptidases (also termed proteases, proteinases and proteolytic enzymes) and the proteins that inhibit them.
