Welcome to the Library

Welcome to the Douglas D. Schumann Library & Learning Commons.  The Schumann Library is a dynamic, technology-driven space for students and faculty to collaborate and learn.  We are here to help with all your research needs.  This guide is an introduction the library and its services.  

Our Mission

We partner with the Wentworth community in teaching, learning, and scholarship by providing resources and services that anticipate and respond to changing information needs.

Library Spaces

The Library has a variety of spaces.  You will find space for collaboration, group work, quiet study, making, printing, and much more.  There is an outdoor space that offers comfortable seating.  The library has flexible gallery and exhibit spaces to display project work, art and scholarship.  the library also house the Technology Sandbox which is a great place to learn about and try things such 3D-printing and virtual reality.  Stop by and check out all the areas of the library.
