Willson Hall

  • Architect - Robert Johnson
  • Willson Hall currently provides space for classrooms, chemistry labs, and offices.
  • Formerly this office, classroom, and lab space was allocated to the nuclear technology program and health physics laboratory.

Frank G. Willson

Frank G. Willson came to Wentworth in 1914 as head of the Electrical Department. He served the Institute for over three decades. Willson graduated from the University of Wisconsin and obtained a Master's degree at the University of Illinois where he taught in the Electrical Engineering School for seven years.

He was co-author of two widely-used texts and established successive innovations of curricula which contributed to the advancement of instruction. Willson retired in 1945.
